Over the past two years we’ve worked closely with Advisers, like you, to understand how we could make improvements that would help to transform the advice journey for you and your new customers.

On 12 April our latest tools and technology enhancements will be launched to market to make doing business with us even easier for you, and to provide even better outcomes for your customers.

The following upgrades to our offering have been designed and built over the past 12 months with your feedback top of mind. The upgrades represent a big investment in the Adviser channel. We’ve drawn on the best of local and global Cigna expertise to bring them to life.

Adviser Hub login issue?

If you’re a registered Adviser with Cigna but have forgotten your username or password, please contact your BPM and they will help you get back up and running.

 

If you’re a registered Adviser with Cigna and don’t have a login to the Adviser Hub, please take the following steps:

  • Visit the Adviser Hub login page 

  • Click on ‘request a login’ to create a username and password

  • Confirm your email address via the link in the email you receive from us

  • Contact your BPM if you don’t have an Adviser code

Why should I work with Cigna?

I’m new to Cigna and would like to start working with you, what do I do?

We’re excited to start working with you. Please get in touch with us at getstarted@cigna.com, let us know where you’re based and we’ll put you in touch with your local Business Partnership Manager (BPM) to get the registration process underway.

I’m a registered Adviser with Cigna but I don’t have my own login to Adviser Hub, what do I do?

As long as you have a current Adviser code, all you need to do is go to the Adviser Hub login page and click on ‘request a login’ to create a username and password. You’ll then receive an email with a link to validate your email address. If you don’t have an Adviser code please get in touch with your BPM.

I’m a registered Adviser with Cigna but I’ve forgotten my username or password

All you need to do is contact your BPM and they will help you get back up and running.
